Please join us for our fourth annual fine arts and crafts event, The Collar City Craft Fest. The event will be held at The Arts Center in the heart of downtown Troy on April 29 and 30, 2016. The Collar City Craft Fest will be a juried, indoor showcase of original works, and will feature the Northeast’s top artists and craftspeople. All proceeds of this event benefit The Arts Center of the Capital Region.

This two-day indoor show is located at The Arts Center of the Capital Region.
